255/45/ zr18 x2 tyres ?

i have 2 tyres i bought for my car by mistake , 255/45/18 tyres , with 6mm tread which are near new . 1 tyres has had 2 puncture repairs done and other is perfect . they cost me £100 and im looking for £60
