Chrysler Grand Voyager for repairs ?

The car is with a mechanic now in Portsmouth. Can not be driven away until is repaired or moved to another mechanic. Needs new engine or reconditioned. Chrysler Grand Voyager 2001, good body work, everything works electrically in the car apart from right hand side door which can be open only manually (this is the way we bought it 3 years ago). There are some scatches on front bumper. All leather sits are good, front sits are heated, new 4 tires, new break pads, new battery, full service history, we are the 4th owner. We brokedown while we were on holiday last week and the reason it was that the head gascket is gone. The engine is still on the car , but the mechanic looked at it and is now open. The car now needs new or reconditioned engine and it is not drivable at this stage. We had the car advirtised for sale on autotrader just one week before going on holiday and now we have to sell it as for repairs or spare parts. It was a lovely car , very usefull specially for large families, we are a family of only two people but we had it to use when our family from abroad was coming on holidays to visit us once a year. It is perfect in winter with front eated sits.
